It's always a pleasure to come back to this hotel. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and we still love it. I recommend this hotel whether you are a couple or a family. Very friendly staff, comfortable and clean hotel, basic breakfast included in the price and 2 steps from the express metro line to Manhattan.
Thank you to the hotel staff who responded to all our requests, room location, baby bed, etc... For our next stay in Manhattan we will choose this hotel again without hesitation.

Convenient location to attractions we were visiting - Arthur Ave and NYBG.
Negatives:
Lobby restaurant had DJ playing very loud music during afternoon brunch and during dinner hour. Opted to order Uber Eats and eat in room because too loud for dinner conversation. Complimentary breakfast didn't offer any healthy options, no fresh fruit or higher fiber breakfast bars, for example.
