Positives: Staff - they knew how to take care of guest From the lobby to the pool host / staff & the elevator guy and the valley - it was a while where we didn’t feel this way! ( we even got our Champaign 20m late but then they gave us extra 30m with the beds ) & its important how to be able to handle when a problem pops up. Great music vibe - clean room great job will come back
Negatives: Shower at the pool didn’t work so lot of people went in the pool without tacking a shower so we didn’t want to go into the water. >>>>> The guest can’t book a bed slot on the day of departure So if you come in on a Friday evening & leaving on the sunday You can use the pool but not able to get a bed am even those technically the check out is at 10/11am So it make sense to be able to get the beds for am & not pm Need more towels in the rooms at least to be able to take two showers - one towel person is nor enough

Positives: Location. Restaurant for breakfast was good.
Negatives: Property claims queen bed but it is a double size. The room was not cleaned with lint and dust under the bed and floors grimey. Had to wait 15 minutes for elevator during the evening as all elevators were out of service. Then the next morning my wife got stuck in the elevator, pressed the emergency button multiple times with NO response. I had to call the hotel for them to dispatch someone!! The front desk staff was a bit rude during checkin and didn’t take people in the order they were queued in line. Noise sensitive people will not sleep well because of the club on roof.

Positives: Very cute hotel, great view, good location.
Negatives: Room was incredibly small for the price, the shower is in the bedroom and leaks out onto the floor, had to request towels multiple times to clean it up. Elevators take forever, there was a $40 per day “urban fee” for services I didn’t use. Pool/roof access is limited to 1 day per guest per trip which is crazy at this price point.
