Positives:
Over the last 11 years my dad has stayed at all of the other hotels near Coda, but this hotel remains his absolute favorite (previous management and Coda). The location is ideal as it is two blocks away from my apartment, the staff consistently delivers exceptional consistent customer service and the bed is beyond comfortable (high praise from my dad who never sleeps well ;) The balcony was a welcome surprise! I cant thank you enough for taking great care of my dad and his partner during their stay.
Negatives:
The towels werent the best, but since everything else was perfect it was easy to overlook.
