Negatives: small room. Bed right next to air conditioner. Too cold for person sleeping next to air conditioner. Mattress was sagging on one side so the mattress wasn't flat to sleep on. Ran out of body soap after one night. Hotel didn't check if it was empty when cleaning the room. Couldn't get the microwave to work. Had a surcharge of $384 Which is supposed to be refunded if your credit card covers any additional expenses added to your room. I was not aware of this charge until after registering at the hotel.

Positives: Monica at the front desk was the best. The gentleman who served breakfast was very nice and accomodating to our needs
Negatives: The construction noise was awful. It starts early morning and continue the whole day even on weekends. We arrived at the hotel after 24 hours overseas flight, we were given a smaller room than the one I booked with no refrigerator. When I called the front desk, a lady told me that none of the rooms has a refrigerator. After few minutes Monica called back and apologized for the mishap and promised to move us to a bigger room with a fridge and microwave next morning since it was late and they didn't have a room available that night. And we shouldn't unpack our luggage. Next morning after breakfast around 10 o'clock, I stopped by the front desk to arrange to move to the other room. But the employee their said that there's no room available and we should wait till 2 pm to see if anyone will check out and then decide if we want to move. By 11 o'clock I went back to the front desk and asked to see if anyone checked out, and if I can see the room which I'm gonna move to even if it wasn't cleaned yet. Bear in mind that till then I haven't been able to unpack and take a shower after my long flight. But he refused on the basis that it's against the hotel policy to show me uncleaned room. I explained to him that I just wanted to make sure that I'm gonna move to that room or not, so I can unpack. He kept refusing to help. Then I asked to talk to his manager, just then he decided that he has a room ready for me to move to if I like. I don't know if the room was ready, why he didn't tell me about it when I asked the first time. That employee was rude and disrespectful. He kept mocking anything I said. On my travel around Europe and the middle east I always tell people that the US offers the best customer service, but this employee was the worst I ever had. The breakfast was good but there was no bread offered which I find it strange. Since every hotel I stayed at offered different kinds of bread with breakfast.
