The rooms need to be upgraded to Holiday Inn standard. Im an avid traveler on business and definitely was surprised by the quality of the rooms. The hot hallways were uncomfortably unexpected.

The valet parking literally had a whole SUV blocking the entrance so we had to get on the bike lane to enter it.

Clean and easy.

The room was decent size with a small closet, desk and mini fridge. The Dove products in the bathroom were very nice. The location is convenient to go to manhattan and Brooklyn, but feels a little sketchy towards the A/C Subway station. The staff was amazing and the atrium was very nice.

The room had a musty/humid smell and the carpet felt damp. The carpet looks dirty but I think its the design and color. The matress and pillows were too soft but this seems to be my issue bc Ive had the same issue in other hotels.
