Negatives: I arrived and I had an issue with my credit card, the receptionist really didn’t feel like helping… I had to request cleaning service because they wouldn’t clean it. Wifi was terrible. But the worst part was, my a/c didn’t work for 3 days. I asked a couple times for the receptionist to call the engineer and nothing was done. Will never stay there again.
