We chose this hotel because of proximity to location we needed to be for our visit. Several nice restaurants and coffee shops close by.

Mattress harder than any I have ever slept on. Bedding too lightweight with no blanket in closet for extra warmth or weight. Highway right at our window and very loud road noise. Understaffed front desk so long wait time. Smell of marijuana in hall.

I was charged a resort fee and the resort part of the hotel was not open. I was also charged an extra 103.00 after we checked out and I cant get anyone to speak with me about it.

The location was convenient for walking and public transit. The lobby was cozy and the staff friendly. The room was nice, especially the bathroom and the beds. A rug would have been nice. The furniture could use an upgrade.

Shower water not strong; room temperature was not adjustable (I kept turning the heat up, but it did not work); customer service a bit unfriendly; I had the hotel save my bag for me and they brought me someone else's bag. I would not go back here.

Lack of customer service, room/ the fridge didnt cool, good terrible, unprofessional behavior, reported behavior to management and for no response, room- door to bathroom was extremely difficult to open and close, unacceptable time to wait for room

The front desk staff on duty upon check in was really helpful

Upon check out and completing a walk through with the director of front office. He was only able to issue a verbal statement that there was no signs of smoking or damages without able to issue a written report to certify that and disallow me to re enter the room to take a photo.

Staff went above & beyond!!
Cherie handled my parking concerns as well as assisting me with unloading my luggage & other items from my vehicle onto the luggage cart then insisted on helping me getting into the lobby, onto the elevator & then into my room (which was beautiful with an amazing view). She was so professional yet personable & welcoming. The barista crafted exceptional lattes for me & my daughter; he also was very professional & personable.
