The location was great, not too far from time square, the staff on night shift he was excellent, great customer service support, helpful and friendly. The breakfast food variety was great and healthy.
Negatives:
The shower without the tub, the floor looked dirty, stained and old. The construction site across the street.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was okay.
Check-out time is late (12 a.m.), and we were even allowed to store our luggage at the hotel afterward.
Negatives:
The coffee was the worst I've ever had. The floor and curtains were dirty, and the rooms looked nothing like they did on Booking.com. Both the air conditioning and the pipes were extremely loud. Additionally, the hotel is located right across from a construction site.

location was fine. bed was comfortable. bathroom was clean.

DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO PUT YOU ON THE SECOND FLOOR! I didn't know what it was my first night, but after leaving the second day, I saw that the second floor is directly over the garage. At all hours of the night you can hear what I assume were the car elevators in operation. It's actually not that noisy standing in the room, but trying to sleep, the noise transmits directly through the floor / bed frame. In addition, even though I definitely did NOT drink anything from the minibar, they attempted to charge my card extra for doing so. Several calls and messages later they refunded this, but still a headache. I will definitely not be staying there again.
