Really nice, minimal venue with clean lines and clean rooms. In a great location for Williamsburg and the links to Manhattan. Peaceful room so sleep was undisturbed. Will definitely return.

Paid for a larger room but did not get it. Two people in the room tripping all over each other to get ready for a wedding. No space for ironing or luggage. Open the door and people can see right into your bathroom.

Positives:
Great location. It is a clean and effeciently run hotel. Rooms are very small but not unexpected for New York. Very close to subway with direct connection to Manhattan. Lots of great cafes and restaurants to choose from on the doorstep which makes this a good location for more relaxed evenings after sightseeing. Pretty roof top garden partly accessible to guests. Society games to play with in common area.
Negatives:
There was nowhere comfortable to sit in communal areas, only hard wooden benches and a few low stools. And there was no where to get or make a hot beverage after the cafe closed at noon (we were there mid week). Cafe only served food and drinks with disposable cups, plates and cutlery even for eat in breakfast. Staff were always helpful but somehow the place lacked atmosphere.

Positives:
Everything about the pod brooklyn was amazing!! The location is great, there’s a few subway stations nearby (it’s prob like 30ish min away from time square) there’s a lot to do and to explore. also is def in a good neighborhood. My sister and I stayed there for a week and we had an amazing time. Even though the rooms are obviously kinda small is enough and all you need. The staff were the kindest people ever!! There’s also a coffee shop/bar right next door which is a good option if you wanna grab a quick bite or have a chill drink. We also took one of walking tours they offered and we had a delightful time.
Negatives:
Not something that I dislike but keep in mind that the rooms are quite small so there isn’t a lot of room to keep your luggage so don’t make the same mistake I did and bring a huge suitcase.
