Ideal location centered in downtown Brooklyn. Easy access to food, shopping and the subway. The park across the street is very pleasant and safe for families with playground and water park for small children.
Negatives:
Staff did not provide information about the facility upon arrival...how to operate elevators, that the TV wasn't working, or provide helpful information about parking options.

Out of the 4 elevators, there was only one functioning one night. Lobby staff recommended we use the stairs (we were on floor 20)

I loved the location, it’s close to everything in Brooklyn and you can easily walk around the city from the hotel

The sheets on my bed had yellow stains and smelled bad, and the breakfast was horrible, it had very limited options and wasn’t even fresh. When we informed the reception about breakfast they were passive and didn’t offer any compensation. I was surprised because this wasn’t my first Marriot experience but this one was definitely the least favorite. I also paid a large amount of money for a mediocre service

Great Location with downtown shops nearby. Investigated other hotels in or around downtown Brooklyn and Sheraton was the best location. Other amenities like a park, restaurants nearby definite plus!

Bathroom kind of small…very little counter space. Small room for king size bed, furniture in room very sparse and small. Need larger furniture and space for sitting and relaxing, eating. We sat on the bed A Lot!
