Negatives: The hallways to the room felt well used and run down

Negatives: No towels or wash clothes, broken shower handle, 3 remotes to work the tv is too many, nighttime staff very loud and disruptive to guests trying to sleep. It was too much money for this facility and the location. Free breakfast wasn't consistent

Negatives: The rooms are tiny. It’s a concrete floor, that appears very dirty. There are NO queen beds. They are full size, at best. When questioning the front desk, they stated this is their version of Queen.

Negatives: Honestly the facilities were a mess. Exposed wires in the ceiling. Duck tape holding up the AC in the window. Dirty carpet. The bed was rock hard and so uncomfortable. The sink was by the bed. Unfinished walls that desperately need painting and it didn't feel very clean. It felt like I was staying in a dorm. Wouldn't have minded how small the room was if it didn't look like something thrown together in a few hours.

Negatives: The HVAC on the fourth floor has been broken for months, yet Baltic continues to rent out the rooms. Several months ago they wheeled in portable AC units, propped them up on an end table next to the bed, duct-taped the vent hose to the window, and continued renting out the rooms. They did this for the entire floor. My pillow was eight inches from a loud (85 decibels) portable AC unit!

Negatives: I was not aware there would be cleaning services so we came back to our room all cleaned up. They did a great job but normally I would opt out of this service (there wasn't a DND hanger or anything so I presumed it wasn't a service offered). The breakfast situation is good and free but it could be much better with a couple small adjustments to make it a better/smoother experience when there are many people down there (bigger plates, pre-cut bagels or a real knife, quicker toaster - or more toasters, a table to eat at vs just the couch, etc.). Our rooms had a stand alone AC unit connected through the window (there was an HVAC control panel on the wall so presuming it was just broken in our room). This was fine for us, especially since they acommodated an early check-in and we only slept in the room, but we would have requested a different room if we arrived at the normal check-in time. I would stay here again for the price point.

Negatives: The morning of our trip we got a text from the hotel stating that if we had any questions to text them. When it became apparent that traffic was much lighter than expected, we texted to see if we could check in early. We never got a return text. Finally, we had to call from the road. We were able to check in early.

Negatives: The trash outside

Negatives: Room was tiny; no closet (hooks on the wall); no room for toiletries (small stand-alone sink next to the bed, not in the bathroom); no chair; broken outlet on one side of the bed. Costly for minimal services.
