I got to the hotel before check-in and paid $50 for early check-in. My flight was a red-eye and I just wanted to get some rest. They decided to test the fire alarms for half an hour at around noon. They should have made guests aware of the testing. They should have informed me of the testing before charging me for an early check-in.

Didn't get fresh sheets on bed after 5 nights stay. Had to request fresh towels. The USB charging sockets were very temperamental with two not working at all. TV hardly worked but we were mainly out so wasn't to badm

The bed and room was good and the location very central

When we arrived at 16.00, they still needed to clean. Toilet was broken and couldn't flush. After their 'repair' it flushed, but the water kept running all night in the toilet. The pictures on booking show the location better then it is.
