Positives:
The room did what we need it too and it had a safe . A minor problem we had was we reported the shower would not switch from rain head. It was not addressed however they may have looked at it and may have required a part ? The AC was excellent and any time we requested service or consumables there was a quick response.

The room would have benefited from a 2nd chair.

Positives:
The room was beautiful. The location is within walking distance of the subway and buses. The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
We were on the first floor and when we looked out of the window, people were doing drugs. The back side of the hotel didn't seem to be in a good place. The fronr entrance is much better. They didn't change the towels in the rooms or anything. The pillows are awful!

Hotel nice, location...not so much
Positives:
Once you are inside the hotel it looks pretty modern and clean.
The room had exposed brick and a very high ceiling which made it feel very cool and roomy.
AC worked amazingly!
Negatives:
It is right off a VERY busy road. The entrance is VERY vague. The neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy.
