Location was fabulous. Really enjoyed the vibe and the surroundings.
Negatives:
Had some issues around work being done outside my room during the night that woke me up. It was repainting work and was loud enough to stop me sleeping. I reported it but it took a while for it to stop. I was moved room the next day as they told me the work would continue the next night. That was pretty smooth but quite annoying. The manager was very apologetic and dealt with it very well. Not sure why it happened though. Was a bit bizarre.

Positives:
The location was amazing, great cafes and restaurants around, very hip and cool neighbourhood and very close to the metro station. The neighbourhood was a breath of fresh air after coming from Manhattan :)
The hotel's design is also great, the room itself also has a beautiful interior design. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities, like the air steamer in the room were very good. We had the Manhattan view from our room and it was 1000% worth it waking up and going to be to it. All in all we had an amazing time at this hotel <3
Negatives:
I find the fact that there is no hotel lobby and no lounge area not so nice because there were many times when we would have loved to lounge a bit in the hotel. There is a cafe and bar instead of the hotel lobby and it was always 80% full of people from outside the hotel working on their laptops and using the space for this:(
I did not like the lack of attention to details of the cleaning person because most of the days she/he forgot to put coffee or tea in our room and we had to ask for it. Also it is very annoying to ask every time you want your room cleaned, especially that we stayed 20 days in the room and we had to ask this every day.

The rooms are New York small so we chose somewhere that had a nice lobby space to relax after our busy days out exploring. This lobby felt more like a busy communal co-working space with remote workers taking up all the space so we were unable to sit or use this space at all. We were told we couldn’t sit on chairs in restaurant as we weren’t eating.
Fridge turns off when room key not in place so our food we kept had to be disposed of. Staff were rude. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend to others

the fact that I didn’t feel welcomed in this hotel. The staff is not rude but not nice neither.
The restaurant waiters at Kfar were not accomodating. There is no distinction or perk of being a hotel guest, you can have access to the laser wolf rooftop as you need to book your slot long time in advance, and the hotel is invaded by outside guest.
No fitness room, no yoga mats to spare.
And the room is so little that is very difficult to exercise in it.
The view was awful on an old parking lot with a big loud noise all day long.
they do the bare minimum for their guests.
