Positives:
Very clean room I was in, pretty big room for NYC. Safe area, room comes with robe & slippers!
The balcony was the best part - gorgeous view. The walls seem soundproof, I couldn't hear much outside of my room. Love that there are cameras present on each floor and the room set ups in the hallway give optimal privacy.
Negatives:
The shower drain was a bit clogged/water was coming out very fast of the shower head. Surprisingly the hotel did not have complimentary water/fruit infused water in the lobby. I didn't like that I didn't have time to go to the pool but thats on me, lol.
