Positives:
Great room, balcony, furnishings. Roof bar is nice. Main restaurant is very pretty but overpriced for what you get.
Negatives:
Strange lobby with no lobby bar. Lunch service at the pool was so bad it was almost comical, but they made it right ultimately.

The staff was very professional and friendly.
Negatives:
The cleaning level needs improvement. There was a day I had to work from the room and went out in the afternoon. When I got back in the evening the bathroom had not been cleaned. Also, the bar terrace area is not always cleaned when people leave the area. The hotel is beautiful and location is great. There should also be high standard for cleaning rooms and public areas at all times.

roof bar was a disaster--long wait for an unknowledgeable waiter. 25 minutes after drink order, we left without being served drinks.
The overcrowded pool scene needing reservations was very unappealing
