Bed sheets need to be improve.The tv doesn’t support smart tv ,you can only watch chanels .The water pressure was really bad.Had a problems with a sink as well.The glass bathroom not comfortable,as soon as you turn on the lights ,you can wake everybody up.Location is not good ,even though the train station was 9min walk ,overall a little dangerous area.I would give this hotel 6/10

Staff was not the best in terms of explaining amenities and providing price of breakfast, laundry, etc. Friendly otherwise.
Room not ready by check-in time. Multiple rooms were not ready when I arrived.
My room was on the lower level by the dining area and I heard the use of the microwave, the cleaning staff talking, and other patrons. Not optimal. I would choose to not have a room on the ground level.
Not a negative about the hotel, but you can hear the train at night and in the morning

Great location, wouldnt be first...
Positives:
We know hotels in NYC are expensive, but have stayed in many by now. The value at this one was okay, but we've stayed at similarly-priced hotels in Manhattan that were nicer. The location was walkable from the D train, but uphill for the last bit, so after a train ride back to the hotel, that was unwelcome. Breakfast was available for $15, but not included in our stay.
Negatives:
Overall, this was pretty lackluster. Our biggest complaint is probably that the blackout curtains did not block out the light. This was definitely a problem for us, even though they were closed all the way. Additionally, the mattress kept inching away from the headboard, and was not held in place by anything, so we kept having to push it up ourselves so that our pillows didn't fall off the top of our bed.

Positives:
It was very easy to get to on the subway and just a couple blocks from Industry City, which has lots of shops and restaurants. All of the staff I interacted with were very friendly, everything was clean, and the room had a nice view over Brooklyn.
Negatives:
The shower floor was a little dingy, but more because the tile choice looked difficult to keep in good condition rather than it not actually being clean.

Very nice hotel to stay in Brooklyn. Close to everything including subway, clean, and good service at the reception desk. We would come back for sure

An occasional vibration in the room that woke me up in the morning (passing subway??), I could not find what was vibrating and causing the noise, but it improved with the stay (we stayed 4 nights)
