Negatives: I can’t really think of any negatives.

Negatives: No house keeping

Negatives: Housekeeping went in my room when the do not disturb sign was up

Negatives: Valet parking is $25 each night. It was not mentioned anywhere. Sometimes need to call multiple times to reach the front desk.

Negatives: The beds

Negatives: The hotel decoration is very outdated, in our floor the carpet was very dirty, on the room, the bathroom was not clean and some furniture was broken. The air conditioning was not properly working

Negatives: Expensive valet parking

Negatives: Greeted very poorly at 11pm at night… unhelpful front desk staff (dark skinned woman with middle nose piercing) paying extra for parking. Cleanliness of room, found towels wet towels with hair in between other towels and didn’t clean the room “in 4 days to save the world” but nothing was ever disclosed or agreed previously and not even cleaning of bin and all towels left on the floor… Arrived for breakfast at 9.55 and no coffee and said they ran out of it… the #1 there should be at all times is coffee… and when there was it was awful with granules at the bottom etc…

Negatives: I will first say that my family regularly use the Embassy suites brand, My daughter calls it our holiday home, we frequent many of the properties, This location was the worse experience I have ever had. Our flight was delayed I called to let them know it would be a late after midnight check in and was told well why are you calling check in is 3pm. The staff was very rude and not very helpful to the black clients. The valet staff was rude and acted as if they did not want to assist. And even when they did assist, it was not a good interaction. One example it was raining my husband and I had our 2years old twins waiting for the vehicle. The valet pulled the vehicle curb side in the rain and left it there with the door open. There were no other cars under the underpass. And he made no attempt to bring the vehicle out of the rain when we asked. My husband had to walk out into the rain to get it and reverse so that the children and I were not wet. Then the breakfast experience, staff member Jada and her manager were very rude. We noticed that breakfast was ending in 5minutes so we asked her for take out containers she rudely said only the regular plates were available. But a white client came behind me, asked and they gave to her. The white lady felt so bad she frowned and offered me the container she would ask for another, I declined. So my family and I sat to a table and ate. Once the breakfast time ended the manger practically was running us out of the hall with her actions, so she & the staff could eat what was left.eg my daughter finished a portion of her meal she was trying to remove the plates. She then offered take out plates, I declined as they already told me they didn't have it. She brought and rest it on the table. Generally in the hotel, the staff would pass us and would not even greet even when we spoke first but I saw them greeting other clients white of course. I was very displeased with my stay at this location. I don't recommend this stay.

Negatives: Staff was very bad, doesn’t behave well not answering any questions ir if you need anything they are not ready to help
