Outrageously priced. Hotels in tourist locations, such as Nashville TN, have premiere hotels that are clean and new for much less. I honestly don't know why this location consistently has such high prices - it's outrageous. The hotel is in need of repairs and refurbishing, and the cleanliness of the rooms and grounds always leaves a lot to be desired.
