The staff was worst staff ive ever experienced. Difficult. Unprofessional. Unfriendly. VERY unaccomodating. A/C not working in 90 degree heatwave in my room - they made it very difficult to change rooms .
Pizza crumbs on bedside table. Missing hair dryer. Made it ridiculous trying to get ready for a wedding.

Check in process - I requested and confirmed I was staying next to the bridal party. Then they moved things around and I was no longer on the same floor. There was no glass cups so we had to drink out of paper cups. My room was cleaned in between nights even though the policy was every two nights, so I was not expecting someone to be in my room without warning. Breakfast was disappointing. They tried to increase the price to the daily rate versus the pre booked rate

Good location and good parking facilities. Room very nice and extremely spacious with huge comfortable bed.
Negatives:
Very expensive for what we got. Far too much plastic on coffee making facilities in room (plastic bags with stirrer, creamer powder, sugars) and throw away cups. Breakfast was the same. No china plates and cups/glasses, all disposable so felt like a takeaway cafeteria! Breakfast food and drinks were tasty though,

housekeeping was also good although we did not have extended conversations with them.

Best thing about the free breakfast was the make them yourself waffles. Worst thing was that there was only one working waffle maker. The other one was offline. Since waffles were the most popular item there should have been 2 working waffle makers.
