Negatives: Rooms were damaged, lots of peeling paint, extremely loud appliances, smoke alarms going off in the night. Windows did not have screens, major safety issue as kids could easily fall out of a high window. Rooms were not cleaned properly, lots of garbage left in the room from previous customer. Other visitors screaming and swearing at their kids in the hallways. I was double charged for the room and was told it would be refunded. I went to confirm before check out and other staff informed me there was no record of a refund being processed. Seemed very shady. Had to process a refund with booking website as site would not refund. Do not recommend this place!!

Negatives: I didn't like the $200 /250 security deposit. I think that's highway robbery. It interferes with the customers finances and purchasing powe & ability. For instance, of a patron only has $400 on their credit card, and they pay $100 plus for that night, then assessed another $250 on hold. How can they say they enjoyed themselves from an economical standpoint? I understand policy, but reducing it to a more feasible amount will still attract higher customers. It should be $50 for award members and maybe $100 for non members.

Negatives: Breakfast too late 7:30, I would like 6:30 or 7:00 The room is expensive

Negatives: very dirty, very rundown, rued staff, no towels available! had to use hand towels... hot tub felt slimy very very dirty. when we complained staff got very rude said the room was clean and when we debated it we were told to leave without a refund of a $1000.00 five hours from home. it was by far the worst experience my family has ever had! it was my daughters sweet 16! not a memory I wanted her to have. I will be contacting the better business bureau. I also feel like we should be refunded!!!!!!!!!!

Negatives: Needs upgrading. Wallpaper needs to be removed or glued back.

Negatives: Tired rooms, in need of repairs , no shower curtain in bathroom , no hair drier Only 1 elevator working.

Negatives: The entire facility is tired. Wall paper peeling off the walls in the hallways, broken furniture in the room. Missing or damaged silverware, plates, pots and glassware in the kitchen space. The entire hotel feels like it hasn't been maintained and it's obvious in both the public spaces and the rooms.

Negatives: I was charged and the room was cancelled

Negatives: The only thing I don't like was few guest was racism with my family and other's family..
