Great location for the general area, I thought the Wegmans would be walking distance but it wasn’t. Next time I’d probably stay near other food establishments.

The kitchenette was very useful and a major draw.

Positives:
The room was very nice and was able to accommodate the three of us (my parents and I) comfortably. The pool area looked nice as well and had a hot tube, too. The breakfast was very diverse and of a very good quality when compared to the rest of most hotels nowadays. We had a lively stay, and we can truly recommend this hotel.

The front desk guy, the day we checked out, wasn't the nicest. I guess no place is perfect.

Front desk was left unattended several times during the day.
Waited 20 minutes to check in because no one was there. When she finally showed up after we just kept calling the hotel and letting the phone ring to get someone’s attention, she was rude and unapologetic for making us wait.
