Positives:
Our room was clean and we were able to check-in early. Our flight out of Buffalo was canceled so we chose this hotel as it is near the airport. It was a no frills hotel. Complimentary breakfast was provided but we left early in the morning so all we had time for was coffee. There was a large booklet in the lobby with detailed information about area restaurants including menus and this was quite helpful.
Negatives:
Our bed was a bit unstable. When we first sat in it there was a loud noise and some movement of the foundation. We worried about being uncomfortable and trouble sleeping that night but to our surprise we slept very well.

I didn’t like how you have to be over 21 otherwise there is a security deposit and they’d withhold your ID. I was 19 and assumed all hotels were 18+

It was an average hotel.
Negatives:
The floor in the bedroom was sticky. The one bed was absolutely horrible but it was late when we got in so we just put up with it. The bed frame or box spring was broken and let out a screeching sound with every movement. Had I known it would keep us all awake I would have requested a different room. Room 207 I think we had. Honestly I’ve never heard a bed like this before in my life.
