Positives:
The price overall for the room for 2 nights was absolutely amazing. The staff both in housekeeping an at the front desk were also extremely polite and respectful. If the few things that went wrong were fixed, I would have zero issues staying at this hotel again in the future.
Negatives:
While the room looked immaculate at 1st, the Air conditioning in the room didn't work at all and although we had the temperature set at 60, the room felt like a sauna. We didn't have any pillows in our room. We called at around 10PM and didn't get pillows to sleep until 1:30AM.

Overall its a beautiful place to stay. Very clean...
Negatives:
Our blow dryer didn't work my daughter called the desk and said she would have to wait till 9am.. Why couldnt someone go in a different room that was empty and took that blow dryer. She told the lady she would need one by 6am please the came back with I cant leave the desk so when someone comes in i will see what they can.. We weren't to happy got to check out and there is 3 people standing around doing absolutely nothing but talking to eachother.

Fridge and coffee machine were not working, no microwave in room. Common area microwave was not clean. AC temp in room was fixed, controls not working. Bathroom dint have a lock. Breakfast had very basic limited food options and a long line up for a single toaster.

The pool wasn't that warm and the air was even colder! Should feel a lot warmer for a heated pool hard to swim in. The water wasn't clear it was cloudy :(
