Room had hair from someone else. We got locked out of our room. And had to get maintenance to let us in. Front desk staff wasnt polite at all. Breakfast was not good. Found hair in my plate. Also ordered lunch last day and pizza was microwaved, and hard as a rock. Mind you it was very expensive. Terrible stay.
