Good location, room as expected
Negatives:
Arrived around 5:30 pm to be told hotel was overbooked and no room for us. Waited about 20 minutes while clerk tried to call 2 sister hotels but apparently neither answered. Finally were given a room which met our expectations. Line up behind us to check in. Clerk seemed hassled and although I’m sure was trying his best not congenial. We would hesitate to book Hilton Garden Inn again based on this experience.

The Lobby and the restraunt were quite exceptable. We only had breakfast and the staff was friendly and service was excelant. Thank you

We only stayed overnight, the ironing board needed to be replaced and I forgot to let the staff know at the desk . Otherwise all was excelant.

The location was great, and why we chose it. The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
We were disappointed that the furniture was run down and shabby. There was grunge in the shower, so my wife did not want to take a shower. The carpet was worn. Most of the furniture was nicked and looked very worn. We have had great experiences in other Hilton Garden Inns around Washington DC and other cities so were surprised that this did not meet up to our expectations.

Setting in a nice village . Pleasant grounds. Room was good. Loved the walk in shower Staff were kind and helpful

Showing signs of age, both structure and decor. Most obvious in the restaurant area

The staff were great, the lady Becca was very helpful to me and my fiance, she was very nice as well. The bartender Sara was great as well. Rooms were clean, facilities weren't overcrowded. Overall presentation was good. 10/10
