Everything was excellent once we got all checked in.

Only issue was when we arrived the hotel had no electricity but we didn't let it get us down as it returned by the time we arrived back from our concert .

Room was cold when we entered - 61 degrees. Cold and rainy outside and we had been driving all day.
After dinner when we returned to room on 5th floor we were told to go back down stairs and talk to desk. After waiting for another party with some complex needs we were giving new keys and told our room had been accidentally occupied for a brief time by another guest. Confusing and frustrating at the end of a long day. Music in lobby was loud and annoying. Check in desk located near doors and cold and rain came in each time they were open.

It was hip and modern. The room was laid out very well so, even though it was small, it still felt like it was very roomy.
