Positives:
Breakfast was good and the kitchen manager was very friendly and outgoing. Value for money is usually a strong point for Hampton. Bed was comfy. Availability of pool was a hit with kids. Shower was good.
Negatives:
Pool door did not work; another family let us in when we went to swim. Walls were SUPER thin. We heard the people in the room above us walking across the floor and the people in the next room watching Tv.

Also the power went out which I understand is nobody's fault however it also affected the internet for our complete stay I feel like this could have been fixed relatively easily. Also it didn't seem the hotel was organized properly as they ran out of coffee then people had to wait 15 mins or more for fresh coffee and also ran out of waffle mix and peanut butter.

They cancelled our friends room day of arrival at 1pm. Awful. And likely sold it for more. Wouldnt help us at all. So we cancelled ours as well. Awful custom service
