Multiple beds in a room, available the night we needed them.
Negatives:
Pretty much evening. Horrible smell and so much noise from multiple other guests kept our child from getting to sleep. We just gave up and drive through the night instead of sleeping on a bed.

I like that it was close to the mall also a lot of restaurants were close by, and the expressway was close

My wife called the front desk after are second night there, she asked could the room be cleaned, we left the hotel for a couple of hours when we returned the room was not cleaned also we had to ask for new wash cloths and towels, The bathroom bath tub would get clogged up when taking a shower, Also there are teenagers who make noise all hours through the night, Screaming running and yelling… The second day we walk outside to the parking lot, and notice that three cops cars, had there guns pointed at a white pickup truck that was located in the parking lot but no one was in the vehicle… My family & I will not booked at this hotel every again… Terrible experience

The breakfast was great. I believe it should stay open a little longer. The hotel bar and restaurant were great. The food was amazing. The location of the hotel was absolutely wonderful. There were so many department stores around to shop. The staff were professional and friendly. The pool was beautiful and ambience relaxing.
Negatives:
The breakfast ended at 9 am.
