I really cannot say what I liked about the property because my stay was ruined.

This past week I booked a room for my daughter's Bday, so that her and a couple of her friends can go swimming. I made sure to read their policies online and called to confirm that we were all set and they confirmed. 6 of us check-in, I was helped by a nice young lady, and everything was going ok, until parents were told that their kids couldn't swim if they were not staying. I went down to speaking with the front desk, and I was immediately met with extreme aggression from Heather. Before I made up to the desk, she began to speak very aggressively with hand gestures. Apparently, this is a new policy change, but it is not on their website, the 3rd party website, nor the forms I signed. I reiterated to her that this was not told to me upon checking in and isn't written anywhere. Some of my daughter guests left. There was no consideration from this Heather person, even though the policies weren't officially changed she could not physically show anything that stated these policies. I feel as if these “Policies” were stated due to my race. Additionally, we were told that this hotel primarily business men and women and therefore had quiet hours.

You are not set up for bolts and trailer totally inconvenient. We got blocked in from the customers with our boat and trailers. There was more than just me. There was four of us with two rooms.
