Positives: Could not get any decent TV shows. Most channels were not available. Breakfast consisted of cheap bagel like objects, eggs were molded in a factory. Killed 2 bugs in room. I could go on...

Positives: The hotel was clean.
Negatives: The rooms have no closet only 2 hooks on a walk. The rooms are small with only a desk chair located against the AC/heater - very uncomfortable! I experienced a cold omlette at 6:10 am and cold water showers on 2 mornings. When my room was not cleaned due to a mis-Communication, I spent 24 hours requesting housekeeping . I made the request for times during those 24 hours. I believe the problem was the front desk and not housekeeping. Ultimately, I was reimbursed For one night stay by the general manager. Nonetheless, I suggest that Hilton review this facility for continuation of its franchise. I have stayed at many Hampton Inns for both business and pleasure and have never Experienced such poor accommodations.

Positives: Friendly courteous staff.Our room was clean and comfortable.We only had coffee in the morning which was tasty. The hotel is close to our family which makes this an ideal location.
Negatives: We were not notified that the construction was taking place at the hotel.The signage was suboptimal and we had to circle the facility 2x.
