The location was the only positive.
Negatives:
The room was very poorly designed and had no feeling of comfort. The lighting was poor, with no way of having the bathroom light on without lighting up the bedroom. The elevators were so small they couldn’t fit more than 3 people comfortably. The restaurant menu was pathetic. For dinner there was minimal non meat choices. For breakfast they don’t offer any decaf coffee or tea. NEVER have I seen that before. No sensitivity for people with special diets. Will never stay at an Aloft again!

The size of the room! We had an early morning flight so booked this hotel for a night after our stay in Manhattan. And we're actually surprised after seeing the size of the room. Lots of floor and storage space. The shuttle service was convenient and the staff were professional.

Parking , paid $32 and didn’t have a spot, they did make a spot for us to park. We were blocked in by a delivery truck in the am but got that sorted out.

I didn't like the carpet in the room most Alofts I have stayed at didn't have carpet. I also felt like for the price more than cookies should be complementary like free continental breakfast or two free happy hour drinks

The cleanliness of the property was overall exceptional. And the staff were friendly as well. I would definitely book here again. The location was close to the airport and I must admit the blackout shades were true to their color. I swear I couldn’t tell what time of the day it was until I lifted the shade up which was a major plus!!!
