Location and free shuttle. Breakfast was good and ran later in the morning that was nice.
Negatives:
The room must have no insulation because the noise from other rooms was terrible. The cleaning in the morning was very early and loud. The shuttle was 28 minutes late then dropped us off at departures where we had no cart and my sister is disabled.

It states that there is a pool and hot tube. However, when I got there with my children I was told that they did not have a pool or hot tube but there sister hotel next door has a pool but it wasnt opened. My family was very disappointed.
