Spend the extra 50 and...

So much noise everyday makes it hard to sleep. The maintenance workers started painting our room door WHILE we were still in the room. We asked them not to and then they came back and did it anyway. No wet paint sign or anything was put up. I left the room and ruined my stuff with the wet paint. Basic things like towels were not provided unless we handed our dirty towels and even then they didn’t replace the towels we gave them.

I rented two rooms: one for my family ( wife, kids under 9 years old and I) and one for my guest. All rooms ( first floor and second floor) were filled of cigarettes smoke. It is like people were smoking inside. The floors and toilets were not clean at all. I even found on towel that was dirty that show to the receptionist as a proof of lack of cleanliness. I requested room service after the first day , when I come back no change even though it has been ean according to them. The rooms were still smelling cigarettes. We were provided spray but that did not change anything. We have to wash all of our clothes when got home.

My "non-smoking" room reaked of cigarettes, the toilet seat was broken, the TV had no signal, there were sign everywhere about it being a "Police Friendly" establishment.....I would have felt very unsafe if my Male dog wasn't with me!!!

The bathtub was absolutely filthy. Looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while had yellow stains and dead bugs in it. My companion didn’t want to complain to the front desk clerk.

This is my first time at this hotel & am very disappointed,
The bathroom didn’t have no trash can , the didn’t have no body wash/shampoo/shower gel ,
The floor was cold & gross , the bathroom was gross & the place didn’t smell good , soon as I wake up I hurry to leave , I couldn’t sleep there for one more night , it was just the one night ,
I always travel & book hotels , but to be honest I never have this kind of experience, I will never go back to the hotel , the way I feel about the hotel ? Is like an abandon apartment/ apartment that been locked up & never used for months & years .
The didn’t even have a rug on the floor or in front the bathroom
