Positives: The willingness of the staff to remedy the situation. Nice beds and towels.

Negatives: No heat in room. The staff didn't offer to change rooms. I had to ask for the room to be changed. Floor in the hallway was dirty. No hair dryer or ice bucket. Breakfast not complete (no waffle mix).

Positives: Nothing staff was rude ac didn't work in the room they wouldn't let us switch rooms or anything.

Negatives: Breakfast was all frozen stuff all the India people who work there were eating all the stuff you couldn't even really eat anything. The place was terrible ac didn't work room stunk wasn't clean and they wouldn't let us switch rooms will never go there again. They have a money grab they'll charge you 250 for smoking in your room even if you didn't. I even got the same treatment in Niagara falls a few weeks before all the hotels are owned by India people and they screw you over for extra money
