The willingness of the staff to remedy the situation. Nice beds and towels.
Negatives:
No heat in room. The staff didn't offer to change rooms. I had to ask for the room to be changed. Floor in the hallway was dirty. No hair dryer or ice bucket. Breakfast not complete (no waffle mix).

Nothing staff was rude ac didn't work in the room they wouldn't let us switch rooms or anything.
Negatives:
Breakfast was all frozen stuff all the India people who work there were eating all the stuff you couldn't even really eat anything. The place was terrible ac didn't work room stunk wasn't clean and they wouldn't let us switch rooms will never go there again. They have a money grab they'll charge you 250 for smoking in your room even if you didn't. I even got the same treatment in Niagara falls a few weeks before all the hotels are owned by India people and they screw you over for extra money

It feeled so bad and the toilet took so long to flash and the shower was so little water coming out and we had to secure the door with our luggage because the door is missing the secure piece. The couch was so dated looked like if you sat on it your skin would itch.

Many access points close to rooms, pretty easy to find, ac was brand new room was ok size
Negatives:
Beds were super hard to the point my husband and i didn't sleep well and woke up with sore backs and bedframes were very noisy any movement such ad rolling over or moving it made very loud thuds, toilet didn't flush right sometimes not at all, the door didn't close right you had to push very hard for it to close. The room just didn't meet the value it was priced at.

The price was great until they added the pet fee that I was not in their online information and I was never informed of this until I saw it on my credit card statement.
Negatives:
It there are additional fees, the customer should be informed of this. I was not informed that there was a fee for my dog. After adding this on, the rate wasn't as great a deal after all. It feels a little isolated and the parking lot could be more well lit.

GPS took me to the back & side of the property.
Which was under renovation. Looked like it was closed. I called the property repeatedly for a good 20 minutes. Received a hold initially. But, call was then lost. No answer the next 4-5 calls! Finally, after 15-20 minutes, I was able to find the main entrance that had a poorly visible temporary Sign( Quality Inn).
Breakfast was ok. But, Incomplete.
