Negatives:
Termites crawling out of the holes in the walls, hairs in the mattress and across the floor. The drawers were disgusting. Floors sticky. Standing water stains in the bathtub.
On top of that booking.com was worse than useless. Zero contact until checkout time, two days after reported issues with the room and entirely unavailable support. The emails I received on the way home from a different hotel booked through a different service were clearly done to be strategically timed after checkout.
