Employee at receptipn not friendly and did not give us a lot of information. He did not inform us that the breakfast was complementary and where the breakfast was. Staff in breakfast room only spoke Spanish. Room and especially bathroom not clean and tatty.Water in shower was not warm. Room was too expensive for the quality you get.

Not what we expected.It seems that it was being used as a shelter for poor people . Several residents just hanging around the property smoking. Very sad to see. It made us feel uncomfortable. Also noisy location near parkway.
We traveled there to attend a family funeral that was nearby and the stay there unfortunately added to our sadness rather than comfort.
