Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur a charge of 19% of the booking value. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Negatives: The hotel manager and desk clerk lied to me about what they were using my debit card for. They were to charge me for a no show (1 night) but charged my debit card for staying on Friday and Saturday night for a total of $1200. I will be filing charges against the hotel unlet they reimburse me $600. They can keep the $400 for the no show. Apparently I forgot about this booking and prepaid with another and checked in with that booking.
