My toilet was broken completely I had to flush manually by opening up the lid . And the sheets had blood on them

It was sub par than what Im used to when staying there .
Positives:
The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options. The staff kept the facilities clean and well stocked. Big yes to the 24 hour coffee station and ice water available. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable and the WiFi connection was good and consistent. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The building is a bit dated and only 1 elevator was in service so it took a while to get up and down, especially in the morning.

Thermostat was broken and we slept in a 75 degree room (and Im pregnant so it was bad) The bed was uncomfortable and stiff. The light turns on automatically when you walk into the bathroom so its blinding in the middle of the night if you have to pee.
