Positives:
The hotel was very clean and modern. The hotel offered good television services, wifi as well as office for using the computers and printing your boarding pass. I like that the hotel offers shuttle services to and from the airport. The bedroom is clean, the bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is accessible with modern design.
The hotel has towels, soap, blow dryer, iron, small fridge, ice container, television, desk and chair. There is a gym and outdoor patio to view NYC skyline.
Negatives:
I did not like the lack of breakfast or even coffee services. If you wanted a cup of tea/coffee in the lobby you had to pay for the cup. For the price of the hotel per night it should be offered basic tea, cups, coffee machine etc for guests.. The hotel sells water/chips/ candy bar. If guests need coffee/breakfast it's 13 minutes walk or fresh baked goods 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Hotel Stay near LGA Airport
Positives:
We had an amazing view of the city and Citi Field. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Location was convenient and the staff was friendly. We ended up staying an extra day/night and there were no issues. We were able to stay in the rooms we had.
Negatives:
The restaurant wasn't open. Wish they had rooms to accommodate larger families so we didn't have to split up. Thankfully our rooms were next to each other.

Positives:
The front desk was extremely friendly.(they even helped me get a few more hours on my check-out time as well a breakfast voucher). It's a beautiful lobby, and the corner room I booked had a nice 2-wall.view, elevated, of the north side of Flushing. Serene feel during a weekend.
Negatives:
The doors are a bit heavy, so you can hear when your neighbors enter and exit. Also no fridge.& microwave.
Overall, great new hotel.

Positives:
The room was clean, and the view was beautiful. The staff were pleasant and professional. Also, the location is convenient, especially if you want to experience all that Flushing has to offer.
Negatives:
I bought breakfast on site and got a soggy croissant and egg sandwich. It was awful. I took two bites and had to throw out the remainder. Supplies in the room for tea were limited to 2 lipton tea bags, 2 small bottles of water, 2 cups, and sweeteners. It's not very impressive if you're traveling on business and may need a little more convenience for meals. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was also empty.

Positives:
Large room, city view, comfy bed and pillows. Safe neighborhood. Walking distance to downtown Flushing. Chinese markets and traditonal restaurants are close by. I was able to find overnight free street parking. Quick to get to bridges and LI from this location.
Negatives:
My bed was comfy, but a bit sunken in one side. No restaurant or bar open at this time. Not much in the way of American Diners or restaurants. But if you're doing anything in Flushing it's perfect. Parking in the hotel lot is $30 for a car, $40 for small suv and larger. Breakfast food is available for purchase.

Positives:
The staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean.
Negatives:
The carpet in the hotel needs a good cleaning. the whole hotel needs to be painted and updated. There are no amenities in the hotel like free breakfast or coffee in the lobby. You must pay for the coffee. There is a coffee machine in your room. It did not appear anything like the pictures. This hotel is way over priced.
