The room was nice and spacious and provided accommodations needed for my disability and mobility. In addition, the staff was extremely helpful, kind, and attentive to my needs...they truly went above and beyond to communicate with me and ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible!
Negatives:
There was an issue with my TV...unfortunately, the remote/TV wasn't fully functional. Kevin from maintenance was very helpful and did his best to resolve the issue for a short time but sadly the issue wasn't resolved. I adapted to the situation and simply kept the TV on the same channel throughout my stay because I wasn't able to scroll and select any other channels.
