The morning coffee was fresh and staff was friendly. Room was clean and excellent location. Loved the lobby and bar area, had lots of options. Location was incredibly quiet and I felt safe.
Negatives:
Furniture in room was a bit run down. The wall socket in bathrrom only 1 outlet and only 1 plug worked.

Positives:
The staff was phenomenal! The doorman was amazing helping with luggage, giving directions, and advice about getting food at the hotel restaurant. Was just passing through, but found Great Neck to be a great area, and the Inn at Great Neck was the perfect choice to stay.
Negatives:
Wish there was better outdoor space to smoke.

Luxurious and phenomenal staff
Positives:
The free breakfast was just ok. We purchased breakfast on a Saturday morning and it was generous and tasty.
Negatives:
The breakfast buffet was sparse and the eating area wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The other guests were super loud. It wasn’t pleasant. So we only went there one other time.
