Positives:
The hotel was decorated in a more American style than I remember, with clean and simple rooms, super-fast Wi-Fi, and awesome air conditioning. You can park your car here for a fee or find street parking nearby. It's only a 15-minute walk from the metro train station, so getting to Flushing and catching the US Open is really convenient. The breakfast is basic but fine. The staff is amicable and helpful. I would consider staying here again next time.

The staff was amazing from the minute we arrived. Valet parking on check in and leaving was accommodating and friendly. The front desk clerk provided easy directions to the LIRR station nearby. Food at Marco Polo in the hotel was reasonably priced and tasty.

Rated as a 4star hotel, but more like 2.5 or 3. Furniture was extremely dated - cigarette burn in the chair of the original room - upgraded executive suite couch was super worn down. Looked nothing like the pictures.
