Everything else - this place looked like it needs a HUGE renovation. Beyond it being old, the carpets were dirty, the bathroom in the room was dirty, the pillows smelled like cleaning solution, and the staff were sub-par (some were better than others)

Where to begin! No fridge in the room , coffee pot broken , no pictures on the walls. Shower didn’t work properly, tub filled up with water ! Broken rotten bathroom door !

. It was good though that the next shift at the front desk, Rafael and Michael, were much more attentive to guests. The bellman Willy was also very helpful. Location was across from the train station, so that is a plus.

When we checked in, no one was at the front desk for more than 20 minutes. When he finally came out, the frontdesk clerk was rude, and not professionally attired. There was no breakfast.
