. It was good though that the next shift at the front desk, Rafael and Michael, were much more attentive to guests. The bellman Willy was also very helpful. Location was across from the train station, so that is a plus.

When we checked in, no one was at the front desk for more than 20 minutes. When he finally came out, the frontdesk clerk was rude, and not professionally attired. There was no breakfast.

i COULD NOT CHECK-IN THIS HOTEL BECAUSE OF HOTEL PROBLEM BUT THEY DO NOT REFUND MY PAYMENT. I made areservation but I could not check-in this hotel because of hotel's inernet problem. Hotel staff suggested me to leave hotel and they will make full refund. They sent me an e-mail about full refund. After I came back to Korea, I contacted booking.com and asked to refund my payment. I have spent about 20 days to discuss this refund with booking.com. Booking.com seems to have an intention to make a refund in a beginning, but actually I did nothing. Booking.com have just waited a confirmation for refund from the hotel. And finally booking.com told me that they will not refund it. I hope that you do not have same experience as me. this is woest hotel in my experience.

Staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. It is a dog friendly hotel which is what I wanted, but the common areas and the rooms themselves did not disappoint. I was made to feel welcome, as was my well behaved dog. Thank you to Michael and the other staff. I would recommend this hotel to pet owners and non pet owners alike.
