Toilet was broke and leaked water all over the room, then the door lock broke and they didn’t have anyone to fix it so we had to leave door latch in door and door slightly cracked unable to secure belongings for the rest of the stay no offer to move rooms

Decent hotel but many things...
Positives:
The staff was really nice and our car stopped working and one of the staff came and got jumper cables and her car and helped us and another staff gave us some cool places to visit because we were from Canada and had no clue
Negatives:
I feel like the beds there could have been better for the price but they still were good and the pool there also could have been cleaner but it is still really good and the breakfast could have been open for a little longer but overall had a lot of fun the staff was really friendly

The closet door in our room was broken, the tv was crooked, there was hair on the beds, the lock on the door was broken, the entire stairwell and elevator smelled so strongly of Marijuana it was disturbing, the lights in the bathroom were so dull you could hardly see
