I like being charged for a reservation that was said to be canceled when I was booking 2 nights instead of one. 2 night was paid/signed at desk at 5pm ,cancele for 1 night was midnight. Absolutely no reason to of not, unless lied to

The staff on duty the night shift when we checked in was very very nice

The morning staff seemed put out when we asked something...the breakfast could hv been better..all the juices tasted funny and staff seemed put off that we expressed concern

Room smelled musty.staircases smelled of cigarettes anyone below us had a shower it sounded like a jackhammer outside our room. Pool was disgusting garbage around deck bottle wrappers in the water lights flickering condensation dripping into pool, breakfast was cold and wasn't filled up pancake mix empty etc
I actually almost checked out and went to the holiday inn next door!

Best weekend we had when not in the hotel

Breakfast was fine, coffee very good. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
Our toilet tank didn't refill and shut off so ran constantly. We turned off at the wall so we could sleet and then just turned the valve off & on when we had to use/flush. The darkening window shades were not attached all the way across the top so light got into the room. Our window was broken and held together by clear tape & our window overlooked a storage area where a snow blower was being stored.
