Negatives: When I booked one of the reason I chose this location was for the indoor pool but it was under construction. If the website would of indicated it I wouldn't chosen this hotel to stay in!

Negatives: The breakfast was quite subpar and some of the machines were not regularly refilled, such as the juice machine and the waffle machine. The bar holding up my shower curtains was quite literally disconnected from the wall on one end so my curtains barely covered the entire length of the shower and sagged. The beds were almost dusty to an extent having lint and other things already under the sheets, despite looking clean. Among other things, I was not very satisfied with the cost compared to what I saw.

Negatives: The shower curtain didn’t really close so it was not a good shower and the pool was closed. This was very disheartening for my partner

Negatives: The front desk was the rudest I've ever encountered. I travel all over and have never been treated so poorly

Negatives: Staff was horribly disrespectful in morning pounding on door before checkout. Overslept with no offer of a late checkout. Asked for extra day and was told price was double what I had paid for the night before. My sister was changing and some man is pounding on the door demanding to come in. The absolute disrespect was outrageous. My sisters kids were late getting back to town and were a day late. Had planned to stay an extra night to have them come and swim in the pool. The pool of course was closed. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a hotel.

Negatives: A few things. I booked for two nights. When I arrived, I was told they had no reservation for me even though I showed them proof and that my hotel stay was paid for, I was told to call Booking.com, as I am looking up the information, that desk receptionist left and the new shift desk receptionist came on and asked if my husband and I needed help, in which we explained to her, and she actually found us on the "No show list" even though we arrived on the day I booked it for, she told us that the night auditor marked us a no show the night before, there were people waiting behind us that we could tell that were getting impatient while waiting to get the issue straightened out, finally got it straightened out and our room key was given to us, went to our room and was shocked to walk into a used room that was not cleaned, went back to the desk and got a new room, I called Choice Hotels main number and put in a complaint. Next day we went out for lunch came back to find out that our key did not work, had to go back to the desk and got that issue worked out to find out that a few other keys that afternoon were not working and to also find out that other customers that had booked rooms the same day as my husband and I booked, that the night auditor has also put them down as "No shows" too. I called Choice Hotel again over the complaint and again nothing was done. My husband had asked to talk to the hotel's manager and we were told "He is an Indian and we may not be able to understand him" but took my husband number down for him to call us in which he never did. We weren't asking for anything other then explaining how this "No show" happened, why it happened and at least an apology, but got nothing. I will never stay at a Choice Hotel again. Never ever had any issues with any other branch of hotels.

Negatives: No hot water in the shower, couldn't take a shower
