Do not book! This is no longer a functioning hotel. I arrived at the front desk and was told this is now a homeless shelter. I was however offered a room at $50 more then I originally booked for while also being told that the homeless get a 90% discount. Also told by the front desk that its not safe

The front desk staff was very nice

We had a suite. There was a moldy pizza and bugs in the microwave. The pull-out sofa bed you sleeping on the mattress springs, the sofa was more comfortable than pull-out bed. There was no bedding for the pull-out. We complained about the cleanliness of the room but it was never acted upon. The mini fridge had so much built up ice the door won't shut and the fridge was hot to the touch.

We've stayed here before. Place has really gone down hill just in the past year. Very dirty, no service in a 4 days stay. Desperately needs an upgrade. Halls were never vacuumed. Will never book at this place again.

The location and the connivence of how close everything was to the hotel.

Excluding the night host that checked us in everyone else was very rude. The host that was there during the day was didnt seem to want to be bothered. The lady handling the food had an attitude when asking about certain things.

Mold in shower, lights in bathroom out and main room. Room smelled like cooked pork.

Stuff was very rude and my their entrance aromatic door is not working properly because of that my kid got hurts I dont wanna get any trouble otherwise I can call 911. Service was very very poor.
